July 4th & More!

Abigail loves to sleep all wrapped up in a blanket with this one arm hanging out. She's still sleeping in our room at night.

Abigail is 4 months old

She just had her 4 month check-up and all is well. She's longer than about 95 out of 100 kids her age and she weighs about 14.5 lbs. She is nursing a lot better as long as I can find a quiet place, which can be challenging.

Abigail has such a sweet and sensitive personality. She loves to be talked to and will talk to you. She started rolling over a couple weeks ago, but gets her one arm stuck. She likes to scoot and twist around on the floor. And she does love that swing.

On another note: We've had our bathroom torn out since last Thanksgiving. It's finally being worked on and will hopefully be done in a couple of weeks. Jake has done all the demolition on his own. Other things we've done in stages. We have all the parts now and just trying to get it finished. I will be so thrilled to have our own bathroom back. I have had to make a trip to the other end of the house to use the guest bathroom every night (more when I was pregnant). I can't wait to soak in that tub!!!
