Better Late Than Never!

I can't believe it's been two months and I haven't made a post. Actually, I can believe it! I barely seem to have time to remember to eat, let alone do any kind of fun or recreational activities. I know we are all busy, so with that being said - Ella is growing like a weed and forming quite the little personality. She is almost 15 months. At her 12 mos. checkup, she weighed 23 lbs. and was 30.5 inches. She is walking everywhere and getting into everything. Don't try to stop her or help her. She is little Miss Independent now!
Just some pictures of the last couple of months to give you an update.

Jake's sister and her family came to visit in September. They have three children- Madelynn:7, Samuel:almost 2, and Gabriel:now almost 6 months. They keep pretty busy!

Jake's birthday was in October. Ella loved helping him open his presents.

Ella was more mobile this Halloween, but didn't care much about holding her pumpkin and going Trick-or Treating. She just wanted to walk around the block and pick up leaves. She loves being outside and gets very upset when we bring her in.

In November, we had a very special Aunt come visit us from Indiana. Aunt Beckie and her friend Steve came to Florida for a week to visit and soak up the Florida sun. It was so nice to have them visit. Ella got to meet Beckie and spend a lot of time with her while Mommy was at work. We love you and miss you!

Ella just loves her Teddy. She doesn't sleep with him, but she sure does like to give him hugs and kisses!

Our Thanksgiving was wonderful. We went to my parents house for Turkey and all the trimmings. My older brother and his family came and my younger brother flew in from Cananda for the special day. He works in Cananda, but lives in Tampa. Go figure! He's young and not married!!! We plan to go to Missouri for Christmas to see Jake's family. I am curious to see what Ella does in the snow. Should be interesting traveling with a toddler this year. I don't care what anyone says: A 4 month old is definately easier than a toddler! Hope all is well and talk to ya later!
